Staff question

“What do I need to write down when a job is finished?”

Write down the work done, hours spent, parts used, and anything that still needs doing.

Read the checklist

“When a job is finished, write down what was done, the time spent, parts used, and any work left to do.”

The problem

“What do I need to finish this job?” “Where’s the warranty?” “What did we agree last time?”

When the answer is buried in files, work stops while someone looks for it.

How it could help

Give your team a way to search the files they use at work. They can ask a question in their own words, get a short answer, and open the page it came from.

You choose which files to include and who can see them.

When the answer isn’t there

If the files don’t have an answer, it says “I couldn’t find that.” A staff member can check what’s missing.

If two documents say different things, your team can decide which one is right.
