The problem

You need an invoice, an old job file, or a repair record. It could be in an email, a shared folder, or a pile of scans. Finding it means opening files one at a time or asking the person who remembers.

How it could help

Read the words in scanned pages, sort files by type and date, and pick out details such as an invoice number or job name. Keep the original file so you can open it when you need to.

Start with one set of files. The same idea can help with receipts, customer files, equipment records, or historical archives.

Check the files that need attention

If a scan is blurry or a date is missing, put it on a list for someone to check. Your team decides what to do with it. You choose who can see the files.
